Information We Collect

Location Data: We collect GPS coordinates whenever you are marked as "available" in the app to enable efficient job assignments and provide real-time dispatch updates. This includes tracking during active deliveries to calculate accurate ETAs and monitor delivery progress. You can disable location tracking by marking yourself as "unavailable" in the app.

Personal Information: We collect your name, email address, and phone number during account creation. This information is used for job assignments, communication, and account management.

Device Information: We collect your device ID and push notification token to send you job alerts, status updates, and important communications through the app.

Photos and Documents: We store proof of delivery images and delivery-related documents that you upload through the app for verification and record-keeping purposes.

How We Use Your Information

• Job Management: Assign delivery jobs, track progress, calculate ETAs, and provide real-time updates to dispatchers
• Communication: Send job notifications, status updates, and important alerts via push notifications
• Verification: Store proof of delivery photos and documents for customer confirmation and dispute resolution
